公司建立了国际石油石化行业通行的HSE(健康、安全与环境)管理体系,以本质安全为目标,制定了安全手册、程序文件和作业文件,配备有多种安全卫生监测设备,开发应用了计算机对项目现场作业进行全过程监管的控制系统软件,有效地保障了现场作业安全。FCC has established HSE management system (health, safety and environment) that is popularized in the international petroleum and petrochemical industry. By aiming at essential safety, the company has worked out the safety manual, the procedures and operation documents, prepared various safety and health supervision and testing instrument and equipment, developed and applied the computer control system software for overall site work procedure supervision and control, which has effectively ensured the site safe operation.
